Terms of Service

1. What TPTSale is

TPTSale ("the Service") provides market research tools for sellers on the Teachers Pay Teachers marketplace: keyword data, competition metrics, estimates, rank tracking, and related features. TPTSale is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT).

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; automated scraping of the Service is not permitted.

3. Data & estimates

Metrics shown (popularity, competition, sales and revenue estimates, scores) are derived from publicly available data and statistical models. They are estimates provided for research purposes, not guarantees of performance or income. Make business decisions at your own judgment.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempts to circumvent plan limits, resell data wholesale, reverse-engineer, disrupt operation, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Plans, billing & renewal

TPTSale offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (currently Premium and Ultimate), billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until canceled. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments through our checkout at shop.tptsale.com; we never see or store your full card details.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it; if it cannot be collected, your account is downgraded to the Free plan — your data is kept. Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for. No partial-period refunds on cancellation.

First-time subscribers are covered by our Refund Policy: a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Renewal payments are not refundable, which is why we send access until period end when you cancel.

7. Free plan & availability

Free plan limits may change. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever discontinue the paid Service, active subscribers are refunded pro-rata for the unused period.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings (this also cancels any active subscription). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; if we terminate a paid account without cause, the unused period is refunded pro-rata.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPTSale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on the data provided.
