Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed — we can never read it).
• Usage data: feature usage counters (e.g. searches per day) used to enforce plan limits.
• Store data you connect: your public TPT store URL and the products/keywords you choose to track.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't access your TPT account — we only read public marketplace pages.
• We don't send marketing email without your consent.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Shopify Payments through our checkout at shop.tptsale.com (Shopify is a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor). Your card details go directly to Shopify — we never see or store your card number. We keep only your subscription status, plan, and order reference. Shopify's handling of your data is described in the Shopify Privacy Policy.

Emails

We send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts) from contact@tptsale.com. The weekly digest is optional with one-click unsubscribe in every email.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: your session and CSRF protection. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently removes your profile, store connection, tracked keywords, lists, and usage records.
