If TPTSale isn't for you, email contact@tptsale.com (or message us from the in-app Support page) within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first payment on your first paid plan, monthly or yearly.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable. Instead, you can cancel anytime from your billing settings: cancellation stops the next charge and you keep full paid access until the end of the period you already paid for. We also send no surprise price changes — any change is announced by email at least 14 days before it affects you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Shopify Payments, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
